Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to your initial order. If Fieldhide does not help you feel a real difference within 30 days of delivery of your first order, we will refund every penny. You may keep the jars. No hoops. No fine print.

How to Request a Refund Under the 30-Day Guarantee

1. Email us at help@fieldhidetallow.com within 30 days of delivery of your first order with the subject line "30-Day Guarantee Refund Request."
2. Include your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
3. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.
4. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Important Notes

- The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your FIRST order only.
- Subscription refill shipments are non-refundable once shipped.
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery of your first order are not eligible.
- Fieldhide is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
